Extremely disappointed with this interaction. Drove two hours to look at a car, was told it drove amazing and was low mileage. I asked about rust a couple times and Curtis told me "I haven't gone under the car but probably surface rust at most". If I'm driving 2 hours, the least you can do is take a minute to look underneath. When I test drove the car, it was shaking pretty hard and Curtis had the audacity to completely ignore it and talk about how great the car was, I was shocked he didn't say anything until I brought it up. Afterwards I got out the car and checked underneath, so much rust down the entire frame with holes in it. I pulled on a small panel and a ton of it fell to the ground. He kept trying to tell me how great their mechanics are but 2 minutes with the car and I could see it needed to be crushed. I can't believe the car is still for sale right now

Absolutely ❤️ this place !!  We saw a vehicle listed online and drove all the way from Panama City, Florida. Bought the truck drove it 8 hrs home with NO PROBLEMS. And there won't be any problems, that's how PERFECT the truck is. The price was unbelievable. We got a GREAT DEAL.. I saw there are a few negative comments on here, and that's very disheartening to smear someone's business, especially when the responsibility of checking out the vehicle "relies on the buyer." They are USED vehicles. You should take it to someone you trust to look at before, not after!! And I have to say the best part of it all was how we were treated. The owners treated us like family, and their workers went above and beyond to help us with all our needs ❤️

Me and a friend went there after seeing an ad on Facebook for a 2007 ford explorer sport Trac. And we spoke to a salesman named Gary over the phone because we were driving 2 hours away and were hoping to drive it back we wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with it and the sales person guaranteed it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong There were no engine lights on and it was running great. However when we got there we thought it was a completely different truck at first because the photos they advertised compared to the truck in person were completely different. The motor ran like crap and knocked bad there was oil all around the valve cover and dripping on the ground there was smoke coming from the rear of the valve cover,The engine light was on and it was popping up multiple warnings I honestly don't see how they're still in business making false promises and misleading customers the way they do

Bought a truck that looked amazing, sounds great, for the low price it seemed too good to be true. Well it was, it has a bad transmission. They knew it was bad, and of course they withheld that information. I suppose they would have to sell it much cheaper if people knew about the transmission. It’s bad business practice, and word will spread, eventually people will stop buying from you, and you’ll be out of business, and it would be much deserved.

That being said, with the low price I paid for the truck and the cost of the repair, I still feel like I got a good deal.

And for those of you who are surprised you bought a lemon from them; What did you expect buying a dirt cheap vehicle from a creepy, shady place? There is a reason they are cheap, keep that in mind next time you buy a car for $2500.
