Description

I bought it on Amazon, in august 2024 as new. After 3 months it stop working, when I try to turn on, the screen stays black and the caps lock blinking. Talking with HP it happens because the seller added more Memory Ram than the initial. Amazon refund me, but I bought a Mac, so I don’t wanna pay for somewhere else to fix it. If you know how to fix it’s not expensive and worth it. I just used for 3 months and everything else is working perfectly.
