TION E-Z Anchor Puller Rebel Stainless Steel Free Fall Drum Anchor Winch The E-Z Anchor Puller Rebel Drum Anchor Winch is the strongest and most durable drum style anchoring system available worldwide with a full stainless steel construction. E-Z Anchor Puller's anchor winches have set the new standard in anchoring systems with their high strength materials and their efficient, simple, and robust design technology. Rebel Anchor Winches feature a 316 stainless steel spool and base plate with a stainless steel motor body. E-Z Anchor Puller motors are IP68 rated for submersible waterproof, and use a patented system to mitigate internal condensation and prevent corrosion. The motor body is pre-rigged with twin leads for easy installation. The Rebel Anchor Winch also features an internal structural frame stiffener inside the drum shaft that connects both upper sides of the baseplate, increasing the strength of the winch and preventing high torque wobble of the drum. All E-Z Anchor Puller winch motors have 4 magnets and 4 brushes with brass brush holders and have a calculated brush life of at least 10 years. The motors are lower wattage PMDC motors and are designed to run on full load for 30 minutes at a time for 1,000 hours and operate smoothly and successfully on comparatively low currents. This is equal to using the drum anchor winch under full load for 17 minutes every day, 365 days a year, for 10 years. Deep water anchoring is a breeze with the Rebel series optional Auto Drop Free Fall system. A quick 2 second push of the lower button rotates the clutch plate and your anchor line is released to free spool, dropping your anchor to the bottom at the fastest drop speeds possible. Once your anchor line is fully deployed, press and hold the raise button for 5 seconds, the clutch plate will again rotate this time clamping down on the spool and holding the boat at anchor. To retrieve your anchor line and anchor, hold the raise button until the anchor is out of the water and against the bow roller. If you choose to temporary suspend the Auto Drop Free Fall feature and operate in a "power down" mode, just loosen the clutch block set screw on the side of the base-plate and lower the clutch block preventing it from interacting with the clutch plate. Once you wish to return Auto Free Fall, just raise the clutch block to the top of the slot and tighten the set screw.
