The WORST car lot I've ever been to on Alameda. They never answer the phone. I went in person and found the car I wanted and the guy (who we thought was just a sales rep) couldn't even give the bare minimum for customer service. He acted like we were bothering him when he's literally getting a sale. The manager/owner/sales rep (guess he wore all the hats) was too "busy" every time we reached out about our plates (they were past expiration) we called several days in a row and they avoided our calls. Had to go in person again and of course the manager is not there and they don't know where he is. Had to come back another day, same thing. Then he calls me from a different number and tells me that he can drop them off later that day. Swears up and down that he will. NEVER DID. He had us waiting all night for plates that never came. My dad had to go AGAIN in person the next morning and demand the plates and they acted like we weren't ignoring us the whole time. DO NOT GO HERE. They take your money and waste your time. Now that we're taking the car to get an oil change they're telling us that this car is not only missing parts from the bottom of the car but shortcuts were taken during the last oil change (which they did before car was taken off the lot). Please save your time and money and go to literally ANY OTHER car lot on Alameda. Nothing but greedy "business men" here.

Awesome dealer ship, very helpful and work well with anybody great for first buyer

Bought a car and 3 days later it was nothing but absolute problems. Reached out to the owner he directed us to the warranty which doesn’t cover anything. Wasted 14k on car and now needs an engine and transmission replacement. Don’t go here.. just get a bus.
