A lightly (rarely used) traditional Hurley dinghy davit for half the price of a new one. They are simple to install and use. I upgraded to the Hurley H30 due to the weight of my boat. For smaller dinghys and/or flat/soft bottom dinghys, it works great. You can also take it off easily without removing the hardware.
