I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday.

I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that.

Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me.

Sitting here and realized i forgot to give this wonderful place a review lol. About 3 months ago I purchased a 2020 Audi q3 that I love everything has been good so far basil and Jim helped me 2 amazing guys handled all my request and wasn’t to pushy I would recommend.

An absolutely excellent experience with my interaction. I have been searching for my X5 locally in NYC for over 6 months and finally i found the car of my dreams in Chi of all places. The negotiating was professional, the offer was reasonable, i had to pull the trigger on the sale. My salesman was very polite and followed up every step of the way, sent me info on the car, provided me with every detail i requested, took care of all the paperwork and even shipped the car to NY.  I cant speak highly enough about this dealership. Very pleased with my decision and my purchase. Please consider them when you are looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I had been stalking an FJ cruiser for several months, and I knew what I was looking for. I worked with Basil there and highly recommend him. He was honest and upfront about the vehicle’s condition. At my request, he followed up with me via text, including sending me extra photos that way. There wasn’t an endless barrage of high-pressure texts, nor was I contacted by multiple members at the dealership like I was with countless other dealers. When I asked for photos of the undercarriage, he sent me them promptly.

The price was fair and the group was willing to work with me on it. On the day my son and I drove out to purchase the vehicle, there was no nonsense or upselling. Instead, it was the quickest low-pressure used vehicle purchase I’ve experienced in a while. I drove off the lot with the vehicle fully paid for including taxes, title, registration and license plates on the car, with no extra fees hanging over my head.

My only recommendation would be that the auto group should focus a little more on taking better photos. It ended up working out for me, because I think the vehicle stayed on the lot longer than it should have. The photos were subpar, and the car was unwashed in the photos.

We had an amazing experience buying my son’s very first car! The entire team was top-notch from start to finish. Bahaa was absolutely the BEST — friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease. The finance manager was also wonderful, helping us through every step with clarity and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you all for making this milestone such a smooth and memorable one! Highly recommend!
