I believe dry weight is around 4,400lb Just installed 2 new batteries. Awning is in relatively new and in excellent shape. AC was replaced about 2 years ago Brakes were replaced less than 1,500 miles ago Has a decent little stereo with newer speakers. Microwave. Replaced all interior lights with LED. But found ones that have the same color as the incandescent ones. Lighting is warm cozy rather than that super bright white . Electric tongue jack Come with Risk Racing MX lock-n-load dirt bike mount. Westinghouse dual fuel generator.
