Joe is the man! Bought my 15’ F-150 Platinum back in early March. Super fast and easy process to get me into my new to me truck. They took great care of me. Everyone at Mastriano’s is pleasant and Joe definitely goes above and beyond for customers. Went in today for my first oil change ON THE HOUSE! Thank you to Joe and his team for being so kind and helpful to me. If anyone were to ask me where to go for a new truck or car I’d definitely point them in their direction.

If you’re planning on buying a vehicle from this dealership, think again!!!!!! The owner. Joe is very unprofessional and doesn’t even like to tell people that he is the owner maybe because he’s embarrassed and every employee there is very sketchy I bought a 2013 dodge ram sport from them seven months ago when I looked at the truck, everything looked nice and clean but now I wish I looked under some other vehicles on their lot so I could realize spray painting the whole underneath of the vehicle is a common practice for this dealership not only did they sell me a truck with a hole in the frame but they refused to help me in anyway when I mentioned it to them but mentioned that they have $1 million worth of vehicles on the lot to go to court long story short, they said they would weld the frame. They had the truck for two months didn’t even fix the hole in the frame and left half my cab sanded down and not repainted and front fender ripped off and dents and scratches all over It and told me I could pick up my truck or they would leave it on the street with the key in it if this is how you want to be treated after purchasing a vehicle from a dealership this this is the place for you i’ve tried giving them time to make things right but now it’s to the point where they don’t even answer a text or phone calls so they’ve left me no choice really hope this helps. Someone rethink their decision about buying a vehicle from this dealership before you’re stuck in my spot. Also have all the proof and text so if Joe wants to answer and say that none of this ever happened like he’s been doing on every other bad review I will be glad to post it.

I just bought a 2019 Chevy dump truck. Buying was quick and easy. No nonsense. After we agreed on a price, they told me they would run through it in their shop. They in fact did go through it, new front tires and it appears to have brand new front brakes. Not sure if they did them or not.

The first load I hauled with it, the dump solenoid failed. Could’ve failed at any point and not there fault. They said bring it by the same day and they went out and got the part fixed it on the spot and had me back up and dumping in a couple hours. Very happy dealing them and would happily recommend them as a place to find a good truck.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, helping me find the perfect truck for my use. He was very informative and gave me great insights without being pushy, allowing me to browse at my own pace. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back to purchase a truck soon and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience!

We just purchased a Ford Flex from Mastriano Motors I am so happy with it. The car is absolutely beautiful and in great condition.
