What a disappointment. Two weeks ago, my parents bought a used Honda Fit from West Hills Autoplex, then were kind enough to gift it to me. At the time of purchase, the sales staff assured my Mom and Dad that the vehicle had been inspected by their Service Department, and that all routine maintenance (oil change, fluid checks, battery inspection, etc.) had been performed prior to the sale. THIS WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE. My "ready for sale" car hadn't even been vacuumed; there was dirt caked around the inner seal of the hatchback, and all of my floor mats were missing. Then, just days after purchase, my car wouldn't start. I inspected the battery and discovered that the positive connector and post were covered in corrosion (see photo). Luckily, I was able to clean most of that off, and my car started right up afterwards. Now fast forward to yesterday... and my scheduled maintenance light turns on. My car is telling me that it's oil life is at 15% and I'm due for an oil change. Is this some kind of joke? I've owned this car for less than 2 weeks, and it already needs an oil change? Even though it supposedly got one 3 weeks ago? Yeah... I don't think so. The West Hills dealership didn't clean my car before they sold it. They didn't inspect my battery, either. And they sure as hell didn't change my oil... but they pretended that they did. I have no interest in shopping at an establishment that does their customers dirty the way that West Hills did my family; so the next time I'm in the market for a new car, I'll be taking my business anywhere but there.

TL/DR: If you're looking to buy a vehicle with your hard-earned dollars at a business that puts their customers first and conducts itself with honesty and integrity, don't shop here.

We purchased a vehicle from Westhills and had previously purchased there before with no problem. This car was to be a gift for me to get to school and medical appointments and we were told it was in great condition and would last through the next four years of College. Upon getting it home it was having issues and we discovered it had absolutely zero coolant even though we were assured it had been checked out and cleared for sale. The check engine light also came on shortly after purchase and we paid thousands more dollars to have the Chevy dealer in federal way work on it and still it doesn't run. Presently it sits in the driveway where it has been for the last year as we have no more money to dump into it. I wish I could say it was a great experience purchasing this car from Westhills but it's been a complete nightmare and so disheartening. I'm just still in utter disbelief about the whole thing :(

The atmosphere in the toyota center is quite nice. Just park your car in the service line and leave the keys on the seat. Wait to be seen inside so they can ask some questions and then leave or stay like I do in the waiting area. Water is available and can be offered a free coffee from the coffee stand inside. Bathrooms available around the corner and are decent. Waits never been as long as they say it will be and there is free wifi for the wait.

Jessamyn was great to work with and saved me alot of time and energy.  Highly recommend her . Don't waist your time with anyone else. She was able to compete with othe car buyers like carvana and it's always nice to deal with local businesses.

Rental staff are nice. Sales folks are friendly. That's why they get 2 stars. Everything else is not worth it. I've purchased all but one of my vehicles here and I will not be back.
