$500 or obo for entire set, will not split up. Must pick up by Tuesday 4/23/24. Bob’s furniture brand Calvin living room set. Couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. Over all seats 6. Gray/white stitching. 4 years old still lots of life! There are some defects that are notated in pictures. There are 2 areas in the sofa seats that have been sewn due to ripping but can be hidden by seat covers. There is some fabric stretching on a small area on the back cushion of the love seat. Ottoman doubles as storage (blankets/pillows not included). *pet friendly home (dog/cat). No smoking/no kids
