We traded in our 20-foot Creekside for a 20BD in January.  We purchased the same rig only eleven years newer. After calling a couple of dealers we landed on Sumner RV.  They did not have a trailer on site, but they made a call to the factory, and they were able to put us on the schedule to get a new 20BD that was in production.  We were able to make a few special requests and ORV and Sumner made it happen. About two weeks later the trailer was delivered.  We believe they gave us a very fair trade-in on our Creekside and the price for the new camper was very reasonable.

We have used the trailer about ten nights so far with no issues and plan on a two-month tour of Alaka at the end of the month.  We are very pleased with Sumner RV and highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our used Grand Design 27BH from Sumner RV! From the start, Pat was incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to show us the camper and ensuring we got the best deal possible. Andy was also great, keeping us informed through email and text, making the entire process seamless.

The financing process was smooth, and they worked hard to get us the best interest rate available. When it came time for pickup, everything went perfectly, and the service department was outstanding—quickly addressing an issue with a fast one-day turnaround.

Overall, we highly recommend Sumner RV for their professionalism, great customer service, and commitment to making the buying process easy and stress-free!

Alicia was excellent to work with, not to mention patient as my initial contact with her was late fall/early winter and my purchase was just recently. She found solid stair options to match my unit that I'm confident will be to my satisfaction.
