1946 Safti-Cycle Antique Vintage Scooter Project Model 509

1946 Safti-Cycle project scooter. It comes with basically everything you need to put it back together but things need to be cleaned and the frame and fuel tank have been stripped of paint. It comes with original tail light, 1 Briggs and Stratton NP engine with kick start we had gotten a cover and installed it since the photos were taking last (seen in last few photos) I was told this is the original engine for the scooter. So the engine is pretty much ready to run. Internals look amazing on the engine and everything moves as it should. Engine has the carburetor bolted on, it does not come with an exhaust at all. Both tires hold air I’m not sure of any other issues since I’ve never driven this. Comes with the original steel gas tank and a plastic square one. I believe the seat is original. I believe the fenders are original. Comes with rear brake band. Comes with an extra brand new custom made jack shaft for the belt system, the one on the engine is perfectly fine too. Comes with a bunch of new carburetor and spark plug parts. The foot pedals and linkage system does come with sale. Comes with what I think is an aftermarket saddle bag. Extra glass fuel filters. 1 big one 1 small air filter housing. Old drive chain I’m sure it’s no good. Fuel line. Kickstand. Handle bar grips. We purchased this from someone who had it stored in a garage attic for years and years and years so it hasn’t been sitting outside. We planned on restoring this scooter but we have far too many projects as it is now, so we need to unfortunately let this one go.
