These are two high end, sturdy, and very comfortable couches. The fabric is a forest green velvety/suede fabric, and is very soft. However the arm rests have become a little warn from our kids sitting on them over the years. And recently one got a small tear its seat cushion. So these are for someone looking to reupholster them and give them a new life. We recently bought new recliner chairs and no longer have room for these in our home. Dimensions are 36”x36” If listing is still posted, couches are still available. Please only message me with questions about product or offer to pick them up from Escondido. I will not deliver.
