What a collection! TWO base sets of the original HeroQuest board game. Elf Quest pack, Barbarian Quest pack, Kellar's Keep and Return of the Witch Lord quest packs. Includes all the figures. One of the base sets has some wear on the figures and furniture with broken pieces. A few other figures have minor bending wear. All expansion sets are complete. Over the years I found a couple more figures at garage sales including a chaos warrior, gargoyle and warlock (painted) and a goblin or fimir. Boxes have normal wear. All cards are complete except the one base set is missing an artifact card. With the overlap of the two base sets you have way more than a complete set, with extra dice, cards, character sheets, furniture, etc. The game board in one base set is slightly warped but still usable. Elf and Barbarian quest packs go for around $600 to$1000 each on ebay. Kellar's Keep and Return of the Witch Lord go for around $125 each on ebay. Base sets go for around 150 to 250 each on ebay. Total value is between $1700 and $2000, even considering the use; more if you part it out individually.
