I had an absolutely terrible experience with shamrock motors. I was test driving a car and the check engine light came on they claimed they fixed the issue and replaced needed parts. When I went to drive it again it drove perfectly fine so I bought the car. A few months later, the same problems came back—only worse. After spending thousands of dollars elsewhere to actually fix the car, I discovered that all the engine parts were still original. In other words, they never replaced anything like they said they did. I know I bought the car “AS IS” but all the mechanics I’ve seen said they should have never sold the car in the condition it is. I know I should have bought the warranty, and trust me they basically tried to force it on me, now I know why. Last time I ever buy a car from CT.

When I originally asked for paperwork detailing what they replaced, they flat-out refused and told me, “Well, you don’t need one because I just told you what we changed.” That should have been my red flag to walk away, but as a 23-year-old buying my first car, I was excited and trusted them. Huge mistake.

They basically Mickey-Moused a temporary fix just to make the car seem fine long enough for me to drive off, knowing full well it wouldn’t last. This place is dishonest and will lie straight to your face to make a sale. If you value your time, money, and sanity—go somewhere else.

Had a great experience buying our new Tahoe from shamrock and all the help from Mike! He made it so simple for me to just come after work and sign my papers and pick up my car next day!  It was beautifully detailed on pickup day too! So happy with their service and the new vehicle, thanks so much !!

Bought a Chevy Impala from Matt. Could not have been a better experience.  I was in a rush to get a vehicle,  showed up just before 10 am and told Matt that I wanted to drive away with a car that day.  Within 20 minutes,  we had a deal ready to go with all the terms I was looking for.  Got my new keys early that afternoon.  Very happy with the car,  came very clean and full of gas

Been looking for a jeep for at least a year! I travel rt 5 every day! I was checking Shamrock every time they got a Jeep Wrangler! I told my hubby they got a nice black wrangler in! I want to check it out! Matt let me test drive it! And I feel it love with the exact Jeep wrangler I wanted. Matt was amazing. I got a deal. And Matt did all the foot work during the week. Then I had drove off into the sunset with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler on Valentines Day. Thank you Matt
