I already put a few hours in with my own upholstery cleaner so it's very clean but the fabric is obviously old and fraying, including the underside. bones are great but it could be a fantastic piece with some TLC see pictures for damage details - scratched+scuffed wood frame in several places - frayed ends of fabric cushions -frayed+ripped undercarriage fabric PICK UP ONLY
