If you want a car that is NOT SAFE or NOT DRIVABLE you come to the right place. We bought a car from Infantino on November 29th. Once we got the car home we noticed the car was sold with tires that are badly worn, not safe, coming apart and no windshield wipers. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. They provide no customer service after you purchase the vehicle. They have a "D" rating from the Better Business Bureau. A "D" rating is horrible. How you would feel if your son or daughter has a D on their report card?

Claudio Infantino should feel ashamed to know his name is associated with such poor customer satisafction. I'm wondering if any of the other Infantino businesses have the same poor customer satisfaction. I know the names of all businesses registered to Claudio Infantino and to the current president of Infantino Motors, Vanessa Garcia. I know they don't want me to name all of the business here in this review (so they shouldn't test me).

There are some fake online reviews that are positive but they are most likely from family members. Please look at the real reviews. There are many online reviews that tell similar experiences like ours. We all can't be wrong. Read all of the reviews and then decide for yourself. I wish we read them before buying from Infantino.

We called infantino the day after purchasing the car and was promised new tires and wipers. We live 3 hours away so they agreed to ship the tires and wipers to us. After more than 40 calls and close to a month and a half later I placed a very bad review online. This got their attention. They asked me to remove the bad review then they would ship the tires and asked me to pay the shipping. I removed the review but refused to pay the shipping because they promised to cover the shipping cost previously and they shouldn't have sold a car with unsafe tires in the first place.

After several heated arguments on the phone they offered to split the shipping cost. We paid half the shipping because we just wanted to get the tires so we can finally drive the car again. The car is not safe to drive with the tires it came with. Finally on January 8th (40 days after the car purchase) we received the tires only to realize they shipped used tires, one had a hole in it that was patched. The replacement tires were bad but at least they were not coming apart. We took the used tires to a local shop to be installed only to find out most shops will not install used tires. So we still can't drive the car.

To make matters worse, even if the car was drivable we still didn't have the registration and license plates that we paid for when the car was purchased. The temp tag expired on December 28th. After more heated arguments and many more phone calls, the tag and registration finally arrived on January 17th. This is another one of their practices. If you complain about issues with the car they hold your tags for a very long time. I read another review where the same thing happenedto someone else.

So today now that we finally have the registration we were finally able to take the car to a shop we found that would install the used tires. While at the shop the mechanic had the car on the lift and saw that the steering rack is not good and needs to be replaced right away. The steering rack was so bad you can move it by hand and it was installed with zip ties. Was not even bolted onto the car. If I bring this to Rene's or Augustine's attention, they will say "you bought the car as is" just like they reminded me several times. They reminded many other customers based on other negative reviews I read. They really should change the name of the dealership from Infantino Motors to "As Is" Motors. Don't buy a car from here. Once they get your money you’re on your own.
Don’t fall into their trap.

I've been having a really rocky couple of years, and been taking the bus and saving as much as I can. When I couldn't get the car I came here for they sat with me for as much time as it took. And they ended up finding a car that was better than what I came looking for. I appreciate this company for helping me, staying patient and staying positive for me. Thank you. Very reliable, trustworthy and transparent company to get your next car from! Thank you for giving me another chance! 🙏🏽😭✨🩷

Dear Infantino & Owner!
If I could give 0 stars I would your sales people, yourself should be ashamed of how you treat your customers by lying and taking advantage and not only that but scamming people. Now don’t come and say I’m lying your sales people René & Agustín knows what we talking about. For the next time I won’t trust no dealership because after a purchase was done you try to charge me more for the sale. First look at the price you listed in car gurus and what you sent me after. I have enough proof. And not only that you hold my registration for almost a month and payed you. Bola de aceres y’all need to come down and stop scamming!!! 😊

I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with this company they sold me a car they had for 12k they told me to just put 10k down and finance the rest so I said ok then come to find out they financed me for almost 7k so that makes the car 5k over how much I was supposed to pay originally and mind you I had cash so then after playing me and getting over on my with a over financing the vehicle I drive back to NY to noticed the car doesn’t have heat 4 days after purchase then the car shuts off and over heats I take it to a very well know and respected shop and they tell me the car is no good needs 10k in work and now I’m stuck with this situation and I can’t even get infantino to help or cooperate with me correctly they won’t even answer the phone the car has a bad head gasket plus need a heating core replacement plus the turbo on the car is shot that’s another 3500$ plus the car needs a water pump not to mention the 2k in work I already had done just to get the car to start when it over heated and shut off the mechanics should me the heating core was bypassed to be sold and that the coolant hose was rigged it went from the reservoir back into the reservoir and not into the engine which indicates someone just put the car together just for it to bypass and be sold

I purchased a 2019 wrx here after making a long trek down to miami from tampa. I was told they take care of their customers after purchasing a vehicle if it has any issues and that doesent seem to be the case. I got a check engine light on the way home and was told it has all sorts of issues and is costing me $6,000 to repair. I tried reaching out to the company and never heard anything back.
