This camper is great for a new/young family that’s looking for tent-like accomodations with a dry place to eat, play games, and sleep off the ground. Since 1998 my brother and I have both raised our kids from bassinet to pack’n play, to youth sleeping bags in this trailer. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles to maintain, making it light enough for a properly equipped civic to tow. Towed like a dream with our outback. It’s compact size fits in a city garage or side yard. The propane tank accommodates a dual burner stove that can be mounted inside or outside. Hand pump faucet in a small kitchen sink (we used it to collect toiletries and headlamps). Two pull-out, double beds. A pack and play fits great on the pull-out. Kitchen table seats a family of four or two couples comfortably and converts to a small bed so your toddler can sleep close to Mom and dad. 2 bright LED lights last weeks on the small deep cycle battery and USB outlets installed for charging. We’ve loved this trailer and the no-maint. Requirements but spend our time cruising the puget sound and the kids want to backpack. We are ready to pass it on to others to enjoy the outdoors with minor comfort upgrades compared to a tent. The canvas Is still waterproof with the exception of some minor edge drips we didn’t bother to address. It still kept us 300% drier than a tent! 8’ long box (collapsed), 12’ overall length, 6.5’ wide. 1,685 lbs loaded. Serious offers only. I will not respond to low offers without an in person showing.
