Tepui kukenam 3 ruggedized roof top tent

Tent is in used condition. It’s been a great tent and we haven’t had any concerns with the actual tent itself. Due to being outside in the elements most days the outside cover is faded and worn although functional. The only thing I would mention is one corner the bottom zipper of the cover (nothing to do with the tent itself) is starting to tear (see last pic), although will likely last another season or 2 depending on how often it’s used. Tepui does sell a bottom cover zipper replacement when needed. Tent price is reduced to reflect this possible concern. This is the ruggedized version which means it has a diamond plate/rugged sturdy bottom. It also has an anti moisture mat under the mattress. We added some lights to the front of the tent that can plug into a lighter or run off batteries. The rain fly can be removed and the tent can be fully opened on top or it can be screened in on the top. We love this tent but are selling this tent to buy a newer bigger rooftop tent for a growing family. This tent came off a jeep with a roof rack. Should fit most cars with crossbars or a roof rack. Tent is located in Long Beach. It is currently folded and covered and removed from a vehicle. Pick up needed. Will help lift and place on or in vehicle.
