Large Modern Modular Sectional Sofa – Less Than 1 Year Old

Beautiful oversized light-gray modular sectional sofa, purchased new in October 2025 for over $2,300. Very comfortable, deep seating with a modern tufted design. The sectional is large and provides plenty of seating — perfect for a family room, media room, or large living space. The seating areas, cushions and backrests are in very good condition and the sofa presents beautifully overall. Please note: There is some cosmetic fabric wear/fraying along portions of the lower exterior panels. I originally applied protective tape to the lower areas to protect the sofa from our cats, and unfortunately removing the tape caused/pulled some of the fabric. There are also some areas of scratching. The damage is cosmetic and primarily along the lower portion of the sofa. Please see the close-up photos. I also have additional/spare pieces that will be included. Only selling because I’m downsizing! Pickup only. Buyer will need appropriate transportation due to the size.
