Worth Every Penny!

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received at Frontier Ford! Fernando and Andre were the ultimate MVPs who went above and beyond to help me get back on the road after my car pretty much blew up on the freeway. I was stressing about finding a new ride, but Fernando treated me like his own daughter, taking the time to understand what I needed and working his magic to make it happen. At first, it seemed like getting the 2022 Ford Escape I fell in love with might not be possible, but Fernando's dedication and expertise made all the difference. Very friendly and attentive sales staff.  Absolutely no pressure and so easy to work with.  They negotiated with me a little on the price but were low key and no back and forth with an unknown person in the back room.  Transparent and up front.  Best experience I've had buying a car, and there have been many.
Returned a few days later for a new windshield which was installed promptly and properly without any hassle.
Definitely "our" car dealer from now on.

My senior citizen/disable father purchased a Ford truck here.  His recent experience has been shocking with the service department.  After receiving a recall notice in the mail, he booked an appointment for the service.  He waited three hours in the waiting room on oxygen, with no updates. They then charged him for the service, despite it being a recall notice.  He would not have even known he needed it without the direct mail from Ford.  Despite having a legal obligation to honor the recall, they still charged him for a service he did not need or solicit himself.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business.  I had a truck that was damaged by rodents.  They were enthusiastic to help me initially over the phone.  Once they had my truck, it sat in their back parking lot, untouched for a month. I know this because I drove past it every day to and from work in a rental car that I was paying for out of my own pocket.  I would follow up with the service manager every week to no avail. Finally I lost my patience and decided to pull my vehicle from their shop.  They charged me $350 for an inspection and made no mention of rat damage after I specifically asked that they inspect the truck for damage related to the rodent damage.  I asked the service manager what exactly they inspected.  He said they inspected the entire vehicle. I told him that wasn’t true because if they did, they surely would have found significant rodent damage.  This vehicle smelled like a petting zoo and my AC system and other equipment was not working properly. The service manager quickly changed his attitude and became very aggressive and accused me of insulting his integrity.  Well I was right to be dubious of their service center.  I brought the truck to another shop and they identified a giant rats nest behind the dash.  The rats chewed a bunch of wires. It was obvious. There was no inspection performed.  They charged me though. These people wasted my time, money, and energy. Beware to the consumer: This is a dishonest operation.

I think that Frontier Ford's pick-up & delivery service is great ! It made if much easier for me to get the 20,000 mile maintenance service for my 2023 F-150 done.
I also am grateful to Ted for approving the pick-up & delivery of my truck since we live a little beyond the usual limit of miles for pick-up & delivery.
I was very impressed by the way that Matt made sure that the pick-up  and delivery of my truck was done as promised, and that he recommended that my truck be kept overnight in order for the technician could perform some further diagnostics.
Frontier Ford is my ''go to'' dealership for maintenance and services !
