Brand new in box. See measurements. This is 5 piece modular couch. Can set up anyway u want. Set up as pictured it is 152 inches lonch x 41 inches deep ottoman set up as chaise is 74 total inches. Ottoman can be locked in on either end piece or just placed in middle. Brand new in box. I have same couch set up in my house but with more pieces. Feel free to come see and sit on it then take the boxes. Great sturdy couch with lots of cushions. Comes with 2 throw pillows. All sections have a locking mechanism so they dont come apart. $1200 OBO- Sells for $1999 as 6 piece. So 1 less piece on this set
