Im original owner bought new late 2017 Couple minor issues…outdoor kitchen water damage , small dent on slideout…other than that great shape JL in fontana quoted $750 redo outdoor kitchen and better door seals (common issue with flimsy door) THAT IS ONLY WATER DAMAGE, BAD SEALS ON OUTSIDE OUTDOOR KITCHEN DOOR, WAS GOING TO REPLACE BUT NEVER USE THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN…ONLY USE THE FRIDGE SO NEVER BOTHERED
