Big tan chair almost a loveseat in excellent condition. I have had a cover on it or a blanket on it at all times, so the fabric is like new in pristine condition. Material feels like suede and has no marks. Both the feet have a couple of small scuffs shown in pictures, but they are not visible and could easily be repainted black if they bother you. Has a bouncy and springy seat and the chair is actually pretty lightweight considering how wide it is. 36 inch depth 34 inch height (the back of the chair) The seat cushion width is 33 inches The chair back is ~57 inches wide Please pick up only no delivery help moving. This is a pet free smoke free home.
