the wood on this hand built cage is in good condition The only issues is the front screen needs to be replaced there is a piece of wire mesh that I have to fix if wanted I was getting a 2nd dog so it was never repaired For easy cleaning, the top is 1 pc and comes off. This cage is 38" long 26" wide 31" tall May trade for the right entryway cabinet, 18" oak pantry 3 matching oak/pine end tables ( 2 angled & 1 regular) set of metal garage shelving or storage cabinets Other trades will be considered Lastly, this item will be archived and sold when not available
