Lazy Boy Sofa and Loveseat- Reduced Price

I am reducing the selling price for both sofa and loveseat to $400. Or you can purchase the sofa for $300 and $100 for the loveseat separately. The Lazy Boy sofa and loveseat are upholstered with teal velour material. The last picture is a close up of the material so you can see the pattern in the fabric. The items have been steam cleaned over the years but may need to be done since they were just moved here from VA Beach to Hampton. I have had them cleaned professionally and with my carpet cleaner upholstery attachment and it cleaned as well as the professionals. Both items have covers for the head and arm rest portions of the furniture and are washable in cold water. When the footrests are raised, the furniture does NOT move back towards the wall but the seat portion moves out. That is why I am including the measurement below of the depth of the sofa and loveseat when their footrests are raised. The sofa has a pull out storage area in the middle at the bottome and is the depth of the sofa. The sofa also a pull down section at the middle of the back of the sofa that is a tray and has cup holders. Both these features are pictured in the photos attached. There is nothing wrong with mechanics of both the soda and loveseat, but the cable for sofa's footrest on right side is broken. I have replaced it once myself. If you are handy man, you can order the part on line or call the Lazy Boy store and schedule a repair visit. Sofa: 87 "Long; 38" height; 38" wide front to back and 5 Ft. deep with footrests up. Loveseat: 62" long; 38" height; 38" wide front to back and 5ft. deep with footrests up. I live in Hampton and will gladly make arrangements for you to come by and pick up the furniture.
