It’s new I already assembled it to make sure everything fits together properly. It came with a crack in the bottom and one of the end pieces is cracked, but I glued it well. Neither is noticeable and it doesn’t affect stability or functionality. I posted pictures of both cracks. It’s made of a synthetic material that is very strong and waterproof. It’s solid white. There’s no paint so we’ll never have chipped or scratched paint. I also have many other items for sale check out on my profile
