If you order a brand new car be prepared to wait longer than your told. That was the only negative of my experience at Findlay. But I got exactly the car I wanted. Josh and Gilberto were fantastic at showing me the cost and the details of the car. Currently it my car is still too new for me to know how much I enjoy it but I think I will grow to love it and enjoy it for years to come.

Salesperson Mr. Tommy makes our car buyin’ experience at Findlay Toyota extremely easy and enjoyable experience.
We visit the store before my work 7am in the morning on Saturday for finalize the purchase.
Tommy was extremely communicative in professional level in prior days. We already trusted him even though we haven’t met yet.
Tommy understood and valued my time, and everything was set up ready for us at our arrival.
It took us less than an hour and we drove away with our desired brand new Grand Highlander.
Financing gentleman Mr. Kosa was excellent as well. He explained every page clear and understandable and created pressure free environment at his office.

The store/dealership was just clean, inviting with good vibes flowing.
Will definitely recommend their business and will come back for our future vehicle needs.

I was looking for a Sienna and decided to try this dealership since I haven't had a great experiences with others... I got to work with Tommy Win and his team was outstanding. I had no idea how hard it was to get a hold of a new sienna, and thought I wouldn't get into one for months. They called me immediately after a Sienna sale had fallen through and they literally got me into one the next day! The car even had all my must-haves! The team wasn't pushy and they were so patient with me through the entire process of buying the car. It was absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I will continue to come back to this dealership for future buys and specifically this team was outstanding!!
