The chair has been well-used, and the current seat and armrests show visible wear/rips from normal use and my cat (see photos). HOWEVER — this listing includes: Brand new, unused seat base (still in packaging) Brand new armrest covers (still in box) Once the new seat base and armrest covers are installed, the chair will be almost like new in all high-wear areas.
