I got 2 olympic benches and includes flat bench, incline bench decline bench, 3 olympic weight bars (2) 7ft and (1) 5ft with all weight sets from 45,25,10,2.5. a curl bench with the bar + a century punching bag, pull up bar or squat bar + Smith Machine, body solid machine too. giving you machines as a bonus some parts might be missing but your always able to buy parts if needed. some stuff might be rusty also
