This is a complete set of quiet door hinges without the top and bottom brackets. The six side hinges are made from glass-fiber reinforced composite and the three center hinges are galvanized steel with integrated silencers made out of a composite material. Comes with enough steel washers to cover all of the plastic hinges since the bolt heads tends to chew-up and damage them. Includes a complete set of self-lubricating solid composite rollers, which are much more quiet and smooth than composite/nylon/plastic rollers that have ball-bearings pressed inside them (based on my own personal comparison testing experience). Also includes three plastic sleeves to fit over the steel stems of the rollers that go into the top and bottom brackets. One more is required to cover all four roller stems if complete metal-on-metal vibration dampening is intended on being achieved. They're available for sale on eBay; simply search "garage door roller sleeves". Please bear in mind that not all bottom brackets will be able to accommodate the extra thickness of stems with the sleeves installed, so two of them would be enough to cover the top brackets. Everything shown weighs 76 oz (ounces). The last photo shows the hinges mounted to the door they were installed on.
