I inquired about a vehicle listed on CarGurus. I spoke to the dealership and informed them I was ready to purchase the car. Next steps was to get an offer for my trade-in. Over 24-hours went by and I reached out to Jaonne. Her response was “what are other dealerships offering you” I replied that I am not interested in a price game. I said just give me your offers me can move forward….no response. A couple of hours later I reached out again to Jaonne. This was her response…

12-15k if the car scan is good when it arrives maybe more. Sorry you feel some type of way but we give our best numbers up front. Hence you are reaching out from over 200 miles away. Putting a number on a trade is not a 123 especially a range rover with 90k. Let us know.

This was her best customer service approach after I waited well over 24 hours and was simply just wanting to buy a vehicle. I'm not real sure what feeling some type of way was intended to mean, but I doubt it is part of customer service.
