Excellent condition Komatsu mini excavator PC30 MR3. Used with about 2100 hours but in excellent condition without any issues. Being used regularly now and hours will continue to increase some. Comes with hydraulic thumb and manual quick change coupler and backfill blade. Comes with open 18" toothed bucket. Comes with metal track and bolt on rubber pads. In my opinion this is the most reliable and better than rubber tracks. Undercarriage is in great shape. Cosmetic dings only. It has been used on my property for a variety of brush clearing, grading and landscape applications. Serious inquiries only. Can deliver locally for a fee.
