Unfinished Tiny Home

Must be able to pickup yourself (3/2/2024) - After the recent storm, the door was blown open and now has water damage in the floors (soft spots). At this point, i just want it gone. Best offer, and it's yours. Open to Trades! Started building this tiny home for my son, who was off to college but had to stop due to losing my job to covid. I no longer can put money into this build. In its current state, all that's left is hooking up the electric water heater, finishing the bathroom walls, and ceiling with a waterproof paint. Repainting the kitchen cabinet, readjusting the sliding barn doors, building steps up to the deck and loft/storage area, new roofing ( current roof was just a temporary measure to protect it from the elements) and new wheels (recommended before moving) DISCLAIMER PLEASE READ This tiny home was built to sit on property as a guest home or a chill spot. Not to pull long distances across the country. Please, serious buyers only. If it's still posted, it's still available. Because this is a new structure built on a trailer, I was told by the DMV you will have to apply for an Assmbled from parts title once completed. (Yes, it has to be completely finished before they will give u a title.) Currently, I've put exactly $8,375.41 into this build. Best offer and it's yours.
