1989 grand villa unihome 40’ diesel pusher coach. This was top of the line in its time. ($247,000 new) equivalent to over half a million bucks in today’s day and age. it Has 2 ac’s, full kitchen and bathroom, very smooth caterpillar diesel engine, ice cold fridge, lots of storage, 145 gallon fuel cell, current tags and clean az title ready to go! Just drove it over 500 miles this week. I acquired the rv threw work and really don’t have a use for it now that I have my 42’ race trailer. It’s not perfect by any means. I haven’t seen any leaks. It needs some love and would be a great turn key project for someone. 2 of the airbags leak when it’s sitting but it’s fine to drive home. I seen 2 others online for $16,500 and $12,800. First 4k FIRM takes it.
