Description

Dates to 1897, last date, that the property was researched, by Attorneys Robbins, Graham & Chillingworth, Examining Council. 43 original pages of old document, still in good condition, except first page. Dates more than 200 years, of all Ms. Tuttle's land sales in Miami, starting in 1808. Spain ceded the land to Juan (John) Eagan and lists all subsequent sales to when Julia sold the land to Henry Flagler, via his Corporation, Fort Dallas Land Company. It ends on a July 31, 1896, when Flagler's Land Co., sold the property to J.E. Ingraham, Must have for Miami area history buffs. Serious inquiries only. However, for the average, dedicated history or real estate buff, scanned copies can be emailed for $75.
