Selling this for my Mom since it was never used once she got sick and no one was ever home. It fits a full size mattress and is very sturdy. The space in the bottom, if you add some lights would be a very cozy workspace. We payed $700 so we feel for it being brand new that $450 is fair but if you could come and pick it up, we could do it for $400.
