Vintage Original Impasto 3D floral Oil Painting by local Oregon Artist Suzanne Murr Signed in Ornate Oval Frame Suzanne Murr lived from the 1930s through 2004. In the 1960s through the early 70s she had her own shop here in Eugene, Oregon where she sold her Art Work locally. From 1973 for the next couple of decades she traveled the United States doing shows and exhibits and selling her art across the country. Suzanne specialized in smoothly, oil painted, landscapes and most of her larger art that can be found is in this style ~ She also dabbled in this unique, 3D style of built up oil painting called ‘ Impasto ‘ and did some floral paintings in this style; these are far more rare. This is an Original Impasto Oil Painting that is signed with initials (as is her trademark), by Suzanne Murr, dating from the 1960s - early 70s) it is absolutely breathtaking to gaze at, you see more and more every time you make the time to admire it❣️ This Original Art piece is smaller in size, in an ornate oval frame, ready to hang, measuring 7.5” wide x 10” High when including the frame. The inner art (inside of frame) measures roughly 4.5” wide x 6.5” High. Back of art piece has Suzanne Murr’s authenticity tag with her old contact information and the side of the wood frame on the back side says ‘Made in Taiwan’, that references the frame only, not the art inside of it. ART IS USA MADE VINTAGE IN EUGENE OREGON 1960s - early 70s before Suzanne began her inner-state traveling art career. Suzanne Murr’s 1st ever Art Piece to be auctioned happened very recently (2024) in Alaska❣️😻👏 Her Art goes admired, appreciated and desired by collectors all over the states, to the is day, but is pretty rare to come across now❣️☺️
