It’s not street legal everywhere, but it’s a perfect toy for kids to ride in the yard or on backroads. NEEDS WIRING HARNESS REPLACED TO DRIVE! Open to trades. I used to drive it daily, but then accidentally ripped the wiring harness. I'm bad at that kind of repair, but I've had it set aside for so long (inside at least!) waiting to fix it that I've decided to let it go to someone with an interest plus the ability and time to fix it. All mechanical elements worked well at the time of the wire debacle, and were easily serviceable with a small number of tools, like most things from the eighties.
