This antique is in wonderful working condition. Comes with manual 2 peddles both work (one is just a backup) Comes with the table and 4 mini drawers Bobs and parts The Singer Slant-O-Matic 401 was introduced in 1956. It was part of Singer’s highly regarded 400 series, which featured the innovative slant needle design — the needle was set at a 15° angle rather than straight up and down, which improved visibility and fabric control. The 401A followed shortly after with some refinements, and the series remained in production into the early 1960s.
