Tiny 4 seasons camper custom built on a 5x8 trailer, tows good behind a Jeep or SUV. Trailer rated "not to exceed 2000lbs". Dry weight approx 900lbs Good shape. Raised floor w/storage hatch under floor both inside & outside. Inside space measures 61"W x 77"L x 46"H. Excellent sleeping space for 1-2 people- I purchased a 6" folding mattress on Amazon that doubled as a couch- and tucked away under the shelf, giving me plenty of space for all my gear boxes when I traveled. Insulated well. Vent fan works great. No leaks. Lots of cargo room. Roof rack holds up to 500lbs. Over head canopy mounted to roof rack works great in dry weather for sunshade- not recommended for rain. Back opens up to a sink & battery storage hatch w/breaker & water tank. It does have shore power port. New wheels & tires 2024 w/ spare. Some minor rust on fenders- some cosmetic work needed, but otherwise a great weekend or extended getaway.
