This star rating is based on customer service because anything can go wrong with car repairs so it's subjective. But for this, I just compliment the excellent customer service support by the service coordinator who helped me. I had to drop my car off as they opened, so already in the morning, I'm not awake. I didn't have a coordinator assigned for my appointment which was a blessing in disguise because I got Krysta! In just a short time of interaction, she provided a warm and friendly service to help me get on my way. She made sure she communicated everything I needed to know before leaving the car, gave me a time frame of when I would hear back and when I thought my car wouldn't be available until the next day, she told me she'd try to get it done today, and it was. Spending money for your car is never fun, but Krysta really helped make the process smoother which is all you could hope for. She best represents the customer service you hope to get at any car dealership for service repairs! Thank you, Krysta!

World class for sure. I have air fuel ratio code and normal mechanics shop couldn't find the problem.  The dealership found the problem. It was a crack in catalytic converter.  Really hard to see Although I didnt have it replace and I went and have it repair and it fixed the code.

Quick service very friendly staff!  They would get a 5! BUT The complimentary car wash left dirty water all over my windows… and the tires which were checked off on the paper work as 35 all around, were not. Also the offer included a tire rotation, but the paper work indicates that didn’t happen…..
