On May 21, 2023, I dropped off my Ford Bronco for two recalls, an oil change, tire rotation, and a wheel alignment. I received an email within a few hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup, which was encouraging. However, upon driving away from the lot, I immediately noticed a ticking sound coming from the front end of the vehicle. I promptly returned to the dealership and informed my service writer, Eric. He assured me that the front-end mechanic would take a look.

While waiting, I inspected the front right wheel and discovered that three lug nuts were missing (see attached image). Consequently, the vehicle was retained for necessary repairs, including the replacement of the wheel and wheel hub.  No apology or explanation for the negligence was given at that time.

Upon receiving my vehicle back on May 27 (Eric did apologize at this time, although still gave no explanation of the negligence) I detected a burning oil smell. Upon inspection, I found excess oil residue around the oil fill area (see attached image). Frankly, it was an embarrassing sight; my 13-year-old daughter could have performed a better oil change. Now, I am faced with the additional expenses of hiring a detailer to clean the engine compartment and seeking a reputable repair facility to inspect and approve the work done by the Ford dealer.

The least the dealer could have done was refund my several hundred-dollar invoice.  A simple, routine maintenance appointment has turned into a nearly one-thousand-dollar fiasco.  Buyer beware!

An overall nice experience buying a used car here at Autonation. Their no haggling policy is a relief from the surprise additions that you will eventually learn about after shopping at different dealers. Willie gave us an exceptional car buying experience. There was no bullshit, plenty of wisdom, care and follow through.  He answered all our questions and concerns. He also helped reserve our car as much as he could when we still wanted to make sure of our decision. In the end the deal we had was unbeatable as other dealers always had additions to their listed price. Linus (Sunil) also did a fantastic job explaining the financial breakdown clearly and thoroughly. Greg and his team at the autoshop also provided an amazing turnaround when we needed a new battery replaced with our new purchase 🚗

This was the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. Sean, the fleet manager, was excellent during the entire process and gave me the best price for my Raptor 802a package within the entire state! That is no exaggeration. I was so happy  from dealing with Sean, to the finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

2024 Ford Maverick went in for a problem, Eric & Greg at the service department were a great help getting me back on the road. They offered a rental and constant updates. Highly recommend Ford AutoNation for there quick and professional service.👍🏼
