I don't normally write reviews, but I thought this car shopping experience deserved one. I had a great experience buying my car thanks to Claudia! She  was patient and never made me feel pressured. She answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Claudia if you're in the process of buying a car!

The purchase process, the customer service, the monthly payment is great, what threw me off is that 3 months into the purchase i find out the car is not 100% good, after having it for 2 weeks my car started overheating , i just found out the head gasket are not good and that theres a possibility that the coolant is going to the engine. The cheapest im getting quoted is 3,000 and i still owe 5,000 on the vehicle loan, how is that even fair?

I strongly recommend this auto dealer very friendly, very family oriented very professional, good ethical the sales representative. Her name is Claudia Alonso. She helped out to the max. I’m very pleased with the services I got I was able to walk out with the car. My car was breaking down and she helped me with all the finances references and everything and I was able to get approved and be able to drive this car back home. This is like the best holidays I recommend this place is 10 out of 10.

Claudia Alonso is the best person to talk to when you arrive at the dealer. She is super friendly and attentive to all the details that the customer needs.

Five stars to Claudia, who helped my mother to get her car in a fast and kind way.

UNFORTUNATELY, can not say the same for the other 2 men working there as well. The way they spoke and responded was obviously rude and arrogant. Very bad treatment, to the point that we and other customers looked at each other without understanding.
