Large gray/beige sectional in great condition! No stains or odd odors. It's soft ivory fabric with a corduroy like texture that's really cozy and comfortable. Pet-friendly home but the sectional has been thoroughly vacuumed and steam cleaned. There are a two minor imperfections worth noting: • One back cushion has a tear (not visible when in use / easily be sewn). • One piece has a tear on the backside (easily hidden against a wall). Photos are included for reference. The sectional can look a little darker in spots but that's just the material. It looks great in person! Pickup or Delivery Available!
