Selling my pristine 1984 Kawasaki KN700. Only 32,215 miles! This bike has had a lot of work done to it to bring it back to its former glory. Here is a list of the work I have performed and the parts that were installed: New front and rear tires just installed this week Stainless steel brake lines front and rear Both front and rear master cylinders have been rebuilt Carburetors have been ultrasonically cleaned and have had new parts installed Fuel tank was professionally sealed and will never rust Petcock was rebuilt New turn signals front and rear All fluids have been changed in the last 50 miles New battery installed in March As you can see from the pics, the bike is in really amazing condition for its age. The paint is absolutely stunning and the chrome is in good shape as well. These bikes were only built in 84-85 but they share almost every part with the KZ750's of that era so finding parts when you need them is not a big deal. I have a ton of spares to include as well as spare gaskets and extra foot pegs and such. I have all of the receipts for the parts I installed The bike even has its original tool kit hidden in the passenger backrest. This is a great beginner bike but it will also satisfy the seasoned rider. Tons of smooth, linear power. It's a perfect bike if you are a shorter rider. I would think it's a bit cramped if you are over 6'2". The clutch and transmission are in perfect condition and it just purrs. It’s a shaft drive which adds to the smoothness. I also have a nice windshield for it as well. The only flaw on the bike is the gas gauge on the instrument cluster. Evidently, it wasn't designed to last forty years! It is an electronic unit that is sealed in the tank and is no longer sending a signal to the dash. I'm not in a hurry to sell. The bike is too nice to accept low offers so please only contact me if you are serious. This is a true piece of history and will make a great daily rider for someone. I have a clean title in my name. The bike is in non-op status with the DMV. I have all of the paperwork on that. No back fees whatsoever. Three different service manuals are included with the sale. text - -949 three nine four 8435
