This model requires a back wall clearance of 8 inches and a corner clearance of 8 inches from combustible materials. Malm still produces these today retailing for $8k before taxes. Save yourself some money and take this one home today! 38" Height x 32" Width x 32" Depth (Fireplace Dimensions) Pipes are 24" sections to get you to your desired elevation in your home. These are finished in a Terra Cotta Porcelain Enamel Finish to match the fireplace. Top refractory brick has crack in 3 spots. This does not affect the performance of the fireplace.
