I have a 2001-2003 Keystone Springdale Xl 372tbs for sale. It's in decent shape, it's 36 ft long and has 2 pop outs. Larger pop out of the 2 is the living room/kitchen. The second being the main bedroom/bathroom. There's been some work done to make it more of an apartment layout. The dining table and couch have been taken out and the kitchen countertop and drawers were replaced with home style ones for more storage space. The refrigerator was swapped with a full size fridge so there's a good size freezer. The floors have been redone with linoleum which needs to be done. The smaller bedroom has vinyl plank flooring now, I have flooring for the rest of the trailer. It has a bigger electric water heater that is placed externally and hooks up using sharkbite fittings. The shower was upgraded to a full style shower and is much bigger than the original. It's currently platted and tagged. As for any repair work it doesn't need much, the only need is the main pop out needs some bracing and a new seal. Roof doesn't leak. I'm asking 4k obo but can work with someone.
