Need the out of my classroom asap. Make offer. I have 2 kids playhouses to sell. Each house was built by a team of high school students, over the course of the school year, as part of a construction class. Please read the entire post as I have tried to answer all your questions. Houses are 74” wide and 80” tall. Weighs approx 500lbs Located at a high school in Tempe, just off the 60 and Rural Road. These playhouses are built by high school students as part of the construction class. All proceeds will go back into the classroom. There is about $700 of material in each house. Each play house has a solid, attached subfloor, an internal and external light, 20 year roof shingles and shiplap siding. They are very solid and built like a tiny house. They can not be disassembled for transport or to get into your backyard. They can be moved by 3 people but 4 or more people is much easier. I can help load it onto a trailer at the school but the buyer will be responsible for transporting it to your location and unloading. You will need a trailer with a bed bigger than 74" wide to move it. Uhaul trailers are not wide enough. Will not fit in the bed of a truck or into a box truck.
