Please stay away. Despite how good the prices might seem, these cars are riddled with problems and the dealers (specifically Mike) are untrustworthy and just want your money. I thought I found a good deal, but the car I bought with them has probably been the worst financial decision of my life

I bought a Lexus IS350 from them on short notice. First problem, on their website listing they never mentioned that it had a REJECTED inspection. I drove 5 hours to see the car (and paid a 300$ deposit) to find out that it had numerous issues.

When about to purchase, I brought up the fact that it had steering issues noted on the inspection that were never mentioned to me, Mike said "it's probably something like the tie rod not a big deal." When driving I ended up losing ABS, traction control and brakes because of that problem, and it ended up being a 1300$ job.

Now, the electrical system went out, the speakers are gone (3900$ job OEM), and there's evidence of extensive rust throughout the car. Despite a clean title and no evidence of a flood. Every time I step in that car I regret I bought from Carstop VA. I saw on another review that they specialize in selling flood damaged vehicles with clean titles - this is consistent with my experience

All in all, dealers are not good people, cars are in poor shape, and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

I had the best experience ever here!!! Carlee was absolutely amazing she was so kind and extremely knowledgeable when it came to what car would suite our families needs the best! She never made us feel pressured or rushed or anything of the sort. The car has been running perfectly without any issues since we purchased it. Thank you so much to Carlee and the team at Car Stop Auto. We love our new Ford Explorer.

BEWARE!!! They will promise you a 90 day service contract to make you feel like you are protected for at least the firs 90 days of buying. Which when buying a used car you know you assume a certain amount of risk. My mistake is I took the agent Mike at his word which is not worth spit. He is a liar and don't believe anything he says! I found out that he and/or the dealership didn't even pay for the service contract after needing to get a repair done one month after buying the car. I called and spoke with him and was given the run around for about a week. After calling 3-4 times he then gives me the number of Mizarah to talk to about the service plan. The situation continued. I called him several times and no result. He then tells me to call someone by the name of Moe. I called him over and over with no result. In the end they are a unethical business. I am looking into class action now as I can't be the only one this has happened to. Please see the attached file as evidence of the lie I was promised of the service contract and then the response I got from the service contract provider.

I purchased my brand new beautiful Tesla from this place. The salesmen were so nice! The car ran beautifully straight off the lot. I wanna thank moon, Mirza, and mohid for this incredible car!

The best! Got a Volvo from them in 2023 and a Kia soul today!! Thanks Mirza!
